Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

I am connected with the same user to Claude desktop, web CLI and cursor extension.
I see different usage statistics - on the desktop and web I see lower usage and on the CLI and cursor extension I see 1.5 times the usage. When I hit the limit in the CLI/cursor extension I can't make more requests there in the web and desktop app even though they only I am only at 70% usage.

What Should Happen?

I should see the same usage numbers in CLI/Desktop/Web/Cursor extension
