[Feature Request] Prioritize project-specific commands in command autocomplete sorting

Bug Description
I would love to have the /commands that I have for my project / environment show up first in the sort when typing out a command. This would make my most used commands not require additional inputs, and should be trivial on your side. Likely best to make it optional, maybe as an env flag which would allow people to use it or not according to preference
