[Bug] Autocomplete sorting prioritizes description matches over command name matches on Windows

Bug Description
autocomplete priority / sorting is weird on Windows native (specifically)

I type in /conte or even /context, but the focus stays on /compact, because there's a word context in the description to /compact command

now I have to hit Up Arrow twice to focus the actual /context command
