[BUG] CLI freezing completely in long conversations

What's Wrong?

When I open one of my long conversations it just keeps freezing. It hardly takes any input. It also happens when opening claude code with "-r" to see different chats, doesn't take any input, just freezes

Just open a long conversation, unless it's just me. My computer is decent and this is the first time Claude Code freezes like that to me.
