[BUG] Claude Code v2.1.31 freezing on open in Windows PowerShell

What's Wrong?

When I run "claude" in PowerShell, Claude initializes and freezes the terminal before any inputs can be made.

What Should Happen?

Claude should open and run as normal, accepting inputs.
