It is becoming unbearable, and I am getting it in response for the following request.

# Collecting data on drug resistance in C. auris

## Goal

Identify gene ID for SCF1 locus in Candida auris. 

## Implementation

- Using information from /Users/anton/git/agenticGxy-ms/Cauris/science.adf8972_sm.pdf and /Users/anton/git/agenticGxy-ms/Cauris/science.adf8972_data_s1.zip Identify gene ID for SCF1 gene reported in this study. 
- This gene ID probably refers to the older version of Candida genome. Consult the GTF in the current Galaxy history (datasry #2) to see if you can map the ID used in the paper to the ID for the genome version we are using in Galaxy. 
- Report this ID. 

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow me to do research without interruption.
