[Feature Request] Optimize SearchAgent performance for large projects with configurable search scope and path filtering

Bug Description
ClaudeCodeに調査や実装をお願いすると、頻繁にSearchAgentで関係しそうなファイルを片っ端から検索する。UnrealEngineのような大規模projectになると、SearchAgentが起動する10分とか平気でかかるのがかなりストレス。しかもPathが指定できてるPathでSearchすることで無駄な時間を費やす。Readを増やしたり、Searchの範囲をもっと狭くしたり、そもそもSearchの処理を最適化してほしい。これができれば作業時間は1/10になるだろう。
