[FEATURE] - The insights skill should be able to filter across project incase you want insight for a specific project

Problem Statement

The insight skill should be able to filter based on project. A user might not want to get insight across all project but they want to get insight for a specific project only. This is because other project might just be pet project and something not too serious, the ability to filter based on project will help reduce the noise.

I'd like to be able to run /insight and it claude code asks which project I want to get insights on
