[BUG] v2.0.60 Not able to resume session

What's Wrong?

After updating to v2.0.60, I am not able to resume sessions on any of my project. Its showing No conversation found to continue but in the claude directory under C:\Users\user\.claude I can clearly see the project and conversations are still there

What Should Happen?

I should be able to continue session using claude --resume

Open up any project where you were working on, type claude --resume and press enter
