[BUG] Typing the character `n` in the `/hooks` menu or any of its children dismisses the hooks dialog

What's Wrong?

  1. Open claude 2.1.31 on ubuntu 24.04
  2. type /hooks
  3. see the menu
  4. press 4 (not required, but this is how I discovered the bug)
  5. press 1
  6. try to type in permission
  7. see that the hook dialog closed when you input the character n

What Should Happen?

the dialog should not close
