[BUG] Typing the character `n` in the `/hooks` menu or any of its children dismisses the hooks dialog

What's Wrong?
- Open claude 2.1.31 on ubuntu 24.04
- type /hooks
- see the menu
- press 4 (not required, but this is how I discovered the bug)
- press 1
- try to type in
permission - see that the hook dialog closed when you input the character
n
What Should Happen?
the dialog should not close
