[BUG] Chat about this is not working

What's Wrong?

If chat about this is selected in the option during conversation in Plan mode, there is a loop phenomenon in which the same question is repeatedly selected.

What Should Happen?

If chat about this is selected, you should be able to create a plan mode chat without infinite looping of the option UI.

1. Use Plan Mode
2. Conversation with Claude Code
3. Select chat about this menu when the chat UI appears
