[BUG] Claude invocations at command line simply trigger a re-display of initial greeting, and nothing else.

What's Wrong?

Any invocation of Claude at the command line simply triggers a re-display of its initial greeting and then nothing. You're just dumped back to the command line. Your instructions are never processed.

Your instructions should be processed.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Claude on Windows with the PowerShell-based instructions here: https://code.claude.com/docs/en/setup
Add the claude executable to your system path, since the installer neglects to do so.
Run a Claude command at the command line.
