[BUG] Excessive Line Spacing in Claude Code UI (Windows) Claude Code version: v2.1.17 (Stable)

What's Wrong?

The Claude Code CLI interface is rendering with excessive vertical spacing, displaying an empty line between every line of output. This makes the interface difficult to read and wastes screen real estate.

What Should Happen?

Normal line spacing with no empty lines between elements

Steps to Reproduce

This occurs consistently on startup and persists throughout the session. The issue appears to affect all text rendering in the CLI interface, not specific tool outputs or messages.
