[BUG] The textarea keeps getting collapsed for no reason

The textarea keeps getting collapsed for no reason.

What Should Happen?

The textarea shouldn't collapse.

Steps to Reproduce

Happens randomly when I type, after I submit a message, or when I unfocus or focus the terminal.

Is this a regression?

Yes, this worked in a previous version

Last Working Version

Started happening in the latest 2/3 versions if memory serves me, but was working
