[FEATURE] Usage keeps getting worse

Problem Statement

2 weeks ago my first 5 hour session was 10% of my usage (unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of this)
... 1 week ago it was 12% of my weekly usage:

Proposed Solution

You are changing the sale terms after the sale - wait until the end of the billing period to change this - also send an email to people stating these changes 1 week PRIOR to the renewal.
