Gmail integration fails to reconnect after disconnect

Bug Description

Gmail connector OAuth flow completes successfully (redirects to Google, authenticates) but Claude does not save the connection. Integration still shows as "not connected" after returning from OAuth.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Gmail integration in Claude Settings → Connector
2. Disconnect the integration
3. Attempt to reconnect (same Google account)
4. OAuth flow completes but connection is not saved

Expected Behavior

Integration should show as connected after OAuth completes

Actual Behavior

Integration remains disconnected despite successful OAuth
