[BUG] Extremely poor responsiveness to Australia

What's Wrong?

CCs general overall performance/responsiveness these past 3-4 days has been abysmall. I am in Australia. Today I VPN'd to Chicago and responsiveness is back to where it was before Christmas. I shouldn't have to VPN to Chicago to get good service/responsiveness.
As an example, it took more than 4 minutes just to remove a Delphi compile hint. It should have only taken a few seconds.

What Should Happen?

More resources pointing at Australia.
