• OS: Windows
• Model: Opus 4.5

Description

When a Bash command triggers the permission prompt,
options 2 and 3 display identical text:

1. Yes, and always allow access to C:\Users\Administrator\ from this project
2. Yes, and always allow access to C:\Users\Administrator\ from this project

Expected

Option 3 should be a global permission (without "from this project").
