Problem Statement

When discussing a limitation of claude code with... claude, he said, "Ha! I wish I could file a bug report directly to Anthropic - that would be a nice feature. The shell environment detection really should be automatic." So I told him I'd submit this on his behalf

It would be valuable for Claude to have a way to flag issues or suggestions directly to Anthropic during sessions - a "report feedback" tool
that captures context and submits it. Currently, feedback depends on users manually relaying it, which creates friction and loses context.
