[FEATURE] [VS Code Extension] Pin chats in Directory's dropdown CRITICAL FIX needed

Problem Statement

Since there are no Rename or Delete features in the VS Code extension anymore, adding a pin feature to pin our main chats so they don't get lost in a sea of automatically created chats (from i.e., Auto-Claude) will save us a lot of time and seems like a super simple fix.

This, Renaming and Deleting chats features in the VS Code extension are well due.
