Task time reporting not pausing at prompt

For long running tasks, Claude Code seems to use a wall clock time that does not pause when the user is prompted to continue. This gives an inaccurate reporting of how long it really spent working on the task.

Request: Pause the timer when waiting for a user to respond to a prompt in order to accurately represent task time.
