[BUG] Skills are not shown in / menu

What's Wrong?

Claude--version 2.1.23 (Claude Code)

What Should Happen?

as per the claude-code-plugins skills and commands were merged, therefore they should show up as slash commands

Steps to Reproduce

run with claude --plugin-dir over a local project with a plugin set up, try /skill-name, it won't show up, but Claude is able to see when asked.
