What's Wrong?
I installed the latest version of Claude (Claude Code v2.1.22) on my Windows laptop. However, when I launch or initialize Claude, it throws an error.
I have already installed Git Bash and updated the environment variables for both Claude Code and Git Bash.

What Should Happen?
/init , claude .md should be generated as expected
