[BUG] Claude Code keeps showing a wrong tip

What's Wrong?

It shows "⎿ Tip: Open the Command Palette (Cmd+Shift+P) and run "Shell Command: Install 'code' command in PATH" to enable IDE integration" but code is already in path and Claude Code did confirm it itself and asked me to file a bug here.

I am running this in Antigravity IDE zsh terminal.

What Should Happen?

No tip should be shown in every chat.
