[Bug] Teleport and remote-env skills unavailable in Claude Code CLI v2.1.20

Bug Description
I am unable to send any tasks to web. I am using claude code on CLI and would like to teleport sessions to and from claude code web, but /teleport and /remote-env skills are not available. I try to use claude to guide me through it and it tells me how to do it in ways that are not available. I'm using claude code 2.1.20.
