[Bug] Native Windows installer causes terminal UI text rendering overlap
Bug Description
Hi!
I noticed that the installation method for claude code has changed from NPM to a native installer.
I installed claude code on Windows 11 using CMD via the native installer. In general, everything launches and works, but there are constant UI issues in the terminal interface itself.
The main problem is that the text in the terminal overlaps - words and lines start rendering on top of each other, making the interface hard to read and use.
Because of these glitches, I had to switch back to the NPM version, where the terminal UI works correctly without any rendering issues.
So technically the native installation works, but the terminal interface has visual bugs compared to the NPM installation.
