[DUPLICATE] Please check for duplicates when you open an Issue

I'll close this down in a little bit so as not to be a hypocrite, but the repo is flooded with Issues right now, and a lot of them look like duplicates. Filing the same Issue twice probably even reduces the likelihood of it getting addressed because the number of Issues is enormous. I assume everyone already is doing their best effort, but please try to check if the Issue you're filing is a duplicate...
