Claude's behavior changed between sessions

What You Asked Claude to Do

On Jan 27, the model behavior changed. "Blaming user before debugging own code" is what Claude diagnosed its own behavior.

What Claude Actually Did

What I did wrong:

• Repeatedly suggested "the server has old code" and asked "did you upload the file?" multiple times
• Put the burden of proof on you instead of immediately adding diagnostic code
• The actual bug was my own mistake: I wrote {function} which does not exist

Expected Behavior

Debug, before 'accusing user' -- this feels like a human 'bossy' behaviors.
