You've hit your limit · resets 2am (Europe/Berlin)

Bug Description
Command /usage and the web site shows that I have spent 85% of tokens (still have 15%), but Claude Code shows "You've hit your limit" when I call anything. weekly limits are only spent by 20%. It's been happening for a week now
