[Bug] Continue conversation command shows garbled input "esume" in terminal UI`(Warp)

Bug Description
When I try to resume a conversation directly from the terminal (Warp), nothing happens. The search bar is filled with the characters "esume" and I can't do anything. However, this bug doesn't occur if I open Claude in the terminal and type /resume. I'm sure you'll encounter this issue. Good luck!
