[Feature Request] Improve task extraction from documentation in plan mode for large projects

Bug Description
"Claude Code is generally better. However, when working on large projects, I do try to capture the details in documentation such as business specs, technical specs and then create a detailed implementation plan from them. Still, Claude Code appears to miss tasks in the implementation. I used plan mode as well, and I noticed it's the same there. Also, although I asked Claude Code to follow coding standards and not create stub implementations, it still creates stub implementations. Generally, on .Net as well, it uses a lot of tokens and is less accurate compared to Python or other technologies."
