[Feature Request] Show time elapsed and reset countdown in /usage rate limit display
Bug Description
Feature Request: Show time elapsed in rate limit windows
The /usage command shows token consumption but not how much time has passed in the rate limit windows.
Requested enhancement:
5h window: 1,234 tokens (12%) | resets in 2h 15m (55% elapsed)
Weekly: 50,000 tokens (25%) | resets in 4d 12h (36% elapsed)
Why this helps:
- Users can plan work sessions around reset times
- Knowing "55% of time elapsed but only 12% of quota used" = safe to continue
- Knowing "20% of time elapsed but 80% of quota used" = maybe wait for reset
- Removes guesswork about when limits refresh
