[Bug] Claude Code hangs with "Booping" indicator after prompt completion

Bug Description
After a prompt has seemingly completed, claude still shows an indicator that it is working ("Booping"). When I type a prompt, it often sits under this indicator for some time before being picked up unless I esc / interrupt a few times. Very annoying.
