Feature Request: show session ID in options list for `claude -r`

Description

Claude Code's "resume" functionality shows a conversation-picker menu in the terminal if you don't pass in a sessionId... but if I want to invoke it programmatically (or even interactively) I need to know the sessionId.

[NOTE: I know there is a way to get this information, please don't reply with suggestions about workarounds, thank you!]

Show the session ID alongside the conversation list/summary to facilitate non-interactive workflows, or in general to make it easier to find the conversation that I want to resume.

For instance, the suggested "Session management workflow" is not ergonomic.
