What's Wrong?

When I use the the /mcp command within Claude Code, the result does not show all available MCP servers, while the "claude mcp list" in a terminal does. In this particular case, the missing MCP server is for Datadog.

What Should Happen?

when a user uses the /mcp command within Claude Code, it should return the complete set of MCP servers.
