[BUG] claude --resume cannot be exited when resuming if there is no session

What's Wrong?

When I input this without a record, I couldn't exit. I could only close iterm2. I'm sure it's not a problem with the shortcut key. I tried both iterm2 and tmux
What Should Happen?
At least it can be exited
