What's Wrong?

I'm experiencing an issue where Claude Code notifications do not appear when preferredNotifChannel is set to "ghostty" in ~/.claude.json, but they work correctly when set to "iterm2".

What Should Happen?

Notifications should appear when Claude Code sends OSC 9 escape sequences with preferredNotifChannel: "ghostty".
