[FEATURE] Rate limits for paying members need to be raised

Problem Statement

First day using Claude code and if this is the limiter I'm not going to pay to upgrade further than the first paid tier, I'll cancel and keep using github where I can use all my tokens as fast as I want.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be able to use what I paid for as soon as you have my money.

Alternative Solutions

Alternatively make it clear that if you're working on anything real the lowest paid subscription is worthless
