Esc key doesn't exit /help menu as indicated

Description

The /help command shows a menu that says "Esc to exit" but pressing Esc doesn't work to dismiss the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Claude Code CLI
2. Type /help and press Enter
3. Press Esc to try to exit the menu
4. Nothing happens - menu doesn't close

Expected Behavior

Pressing Esc should close the help menu as indicated in the UI.

Workarounds

• q sometimes works
• Ctrl+C works but feels heavy-handed
• Enter sometimes dismisses it

• Terminal: likely iTerm2 or Terminal.app
