Esc key doesn't exit /help menu as indicated

## Description

The `/help` command shows a menu that says "Esc to exit" but pressing Esc doesn't work to dismiss the menu.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Claude Code CLI
2. Type `/help` and press Enter
3. Press Esc to try to exit the menu
4. Nothing happens - menu doesn't close

## Expected Behavior

Pressing Esc should close the help menu as indicated in the UI.

## Workarounds

- `q` sometimes works
- `Ctrl+C` works but feels heavy-handed
- `Enter` sometimes dismisses it
