[Bug] Session rename hotkey "R" not functional in session picker

Bug Description
Pressing "R" in the session list does not allow me to rename the session. OS: Linux. Claude Code version v2.1.14. Workflow: 'clause --resume --dangerously-skip-permissions' -> session picker -> "R" -> 'nothing happens'
