[Feature Request] Skills autocomplete not available in CLI input

Question

**Bug Description**
I have a plugin installed with several skills. The skills are set with user invokable true. I can see them in the skills menu and it appears that I can access the skills by typing them in, but they are not available in autocomplete the same way that commands were.
