What's Wrong?
When exiting from the external editor, the shift+enter shortcut no longer works. Only option+enter works.
What Should Happen?
<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>Enter</kbd> shortcut should work

Steps to Reproduce
- Start a Claude Code conversation in iTerm2
- Hit <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>G</kbd> to open the neovim
- Exit the neovim
- Symptom: <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>Enter</kbd> does not work.
