[BUG] Issue #9757 has been closed and locked too early without any reply from the Claude team

Issue #9757 should be reopened.

What Should Happen?

You shouldn't close issues automatically, especially after only one month, especially since you mention you will do that after 2 months of inactivity, not one, in the closing message. And locking the issue one week later adds insult to injury.
