[BUG] Desktop (Windows): "Get Team plan" dialog can't be closed; quitting the app is the only way out

Bug
Clicking "Get Team plan" opens a dialog that asks for email addresses. The dialog has no close or cancel button, and neither Escape nor Ctrl+R (reload) dismisses it. It covers the whole app, so the only way out is to quit Claude Desktop.
Impact
Quitting stops every Claude Code session that is running. One click on an upgrade button can end work in progress.
Expected
A close/cancel button, and Escape to dismiss, like other dialogs.

Claude Desktop 2.26454.2.0 (MSIX), Windows 10 build 19044.
