[BUG] Number keys select options instead of typing in "Other" input

What's Wrong?

Number keys trigger option selection when trying to type custom input starting with digits

What Should Happen?

Expected: Numbers should be typed as
text in Other input mode
Actual: Numbers trigger option
selection

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Claude shows multiple choice options

(1, 2, 3, Other)

1. Select "Other" to type custom input
2. Try to type text starting with a number

(e.g., "123 test")

1. Pressing "1" immediately selects option

1 instead of typing
