Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Installed Claude Code extension.
  2. Began coding in tab view, not terminal . Ran out of usage. Looked to see what model I was using.
  3. Check mark was next to default model Sonnet 4.5 (text said Recommended default).
  4. /context showed "Context Usage Model: claude-opus-4-5-20251101".
  5. Closed that tab and reopened Claude code in new tab, now the switch model selection menu is different, no reference to default or recommended for Sonnet 4.5.
  6. Also shows the current model now next to the switch model button in /. Before closing the tab and reopening it did not show the model name there.
