[Feature Request] Add `--rename` flag to set custom session name on startup

Bug Description
It would be helpful to start a fresh Claude CLI session with a predictable session name by passing a command line argument such as `claude --rename "ticket-23". This would allow me to handle multiple sessions across terminal windows and predictably open and reopen them from my bash scripts.
