Inconsistent Token/Cost Reporting Between CLI and Web Console

Bug Description
In Claude code I do /cost and it reports 7.3k input haiku, 72 input sonnet.
https://console.anthropic.com/settings/usage I see it is reported reverse. sonnet being very high. also the same case in https://console.anthropic.com/settings/logs
