[FEATURE] Give Claude Code access to developer tools for better debugging

Problem Statement

Often when debugging Claude directs me to developer tools.

It would be cool if it had direct access and could do that debugging itself.

Right now I am slowly navigating around and sharing screenshots. Could be greatly improved.

Proposed Solution
