[Bug] Sub-agent runaway loop on duplicate task requests

Bug Description
there is one sub agent in claude that is running wild in my machine its using claude in chrom and trying to fulfill a subtask that I did a double esc to stop, killed the claude session and the sub agent is still using my chorme
